Onboard the Solaris 44

The Solaris 44, built by Solaris Yachts, is a refined 13-metre sailing yacht available for charter from Mallorca. Her Italian-designed hull pairs a clean, minimalist interior with a generous cockpit that seats eight guests comfortably. Below deck, two well-appointed cabins offer genuine privacy. The wide stern platform doubles as a swim step, and a flush teak deck runs uninterrupted from bow to cockpit, giving everyone space to settle in for a full day on the water.

A typical morning begins from a berth at Club de Mar Palma, motoring south-west toward the sheltered coves of Illa de Sa Dragonera. Within ninety minutes the anchor drops over white sand near Sant Elm, where the water runs clear to four or five metres. Lunch can be taken aboard or ashore in the fishing village of Port d'Andratx, roughly six nautical miles back along the coast. By late afternoon the Solaris 44 rounds Cala Portals Vells before returning to port under a warm Balearic sunset.

She suits couples travelling together, a small family group, or close friends who prefer an intimate day aboard rather than a crowded excursion vessel. With eight guest places and two cabins, the Solaris 44 works equally well for a full-day coastal cruise or a sunset sail along the Tramuntana cliffs.
